| New Forest Disability Information Service | The NFDIS gives information and advice to people of any age
with disabilities, their carers and families on issues which affect them,
such as access, transport, holidays, aids and equipment. They can
also help with identifying and applying for appropriate state
benefits. You can call in at one of their offices, fax, email or
telephone our Helpline which is staffed by trained advisors. All
information given is confidential, free and available in alternative
formats. The NFDIS is a registered charity reliant on volunteers,
fundraising and donations for its work.

you get a room to yourself and meals provided - but you must first refer yourself through people like Connexions or the Youth Service,

| St. John Ambulance New Milton Division | St. John Ambulance New Milton is a voluntary group providing the first aid training and first aid/care services to the local community. The group also offers a full youth programme including camping and outdoor activities. The Division is made up of three groups - Badgers (For children aged 5 - 10yrs old), Cadets (For children aged 10 - 18yrs old) and the Adults (For Youth/Adult members aged over 16yrs old). | New Milton and District Twinning Association | New Milton and District Twinning Association are twinned with Canteleu, a suburb of Rouen, Normandy in northern France. We have formed friendships and links with the people of Canteleu and meet once a year in Canteleu or New Milton. You do not need to be able to speak French fluently, though a little does help. The association meets the 1st Wednesday of every month for coffee in the Rydal at 10.30am, and various other social events are organised. We try to arrange one a month. We are forming links with Buchholz, near Hamburg with a view to twinning with them as well.
